For Your Occasion Event Rentals is a family-owned and operated rental company. Owners, Chris and Tara, purchased FYO early in 2022. They are beyond excited to reopen the FYO Henderson location. They were both born and raised in North Carolina, have deep ties to the community and a passion for family and fun. They understand the challenges of planning a perfect event. Chris has a mechanical, operations, and project management background. Tara’s background consists of business development, management, marketing, and sales. Several months ago, they called FYO to rent a 20x20 tent and were told FYO was closing its doors. That moment sparked an idea that led them to start conversations with the past owners. Several months of learning, planning, and training has brought them to opening day. Chris and Tara are a dynamic duo team and will reignite the FYO business. They look forward to serving all your party and event rental needs.

Event Rental Coordinator / Master Planner
Lycia is from Ann Arbor Michigan and moved to North Carolina 13 years ago. She is an experienced Event Coordinator that worked at FYO for 2.5 years previously and has a 15+ years of experience. She takes pride in providing her extensive experience in event planning to help customers' visions become realities.

Tara Glarum
Co-Owner
Tara can do it all… She has planned a multi-business grand opening event with VIPs and Owners in attendance and hosted numerous of themed events. She's very detailed oriented with a massive attention to detail. If any one knows how to plan an event, Tara is your gal!

Chris Glarum
Co-Owner
Chris is truly a jack-of-all-trades. There is not a task or adventure he can not master when he put his mind to it. He's excited to take his skills and work with all the FYO clients!
